Career Pathways: Developing a Leadership Mindset

Format: Developing a Leadership Mindset will be conducted as a two-part, virtual live workshop on June 21, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (ET).

Target Audience: Mid-career professionals who want to develop professionally in the field; gain confidence for their current and future roles; discover and connect the “whys” of what they do to successful CPD program design and management; receive tips and strategies for dealing with the issues and challenges CPD organizations often face; and identify next steps to further professional growth. 

Topics: Topics will include finding your voice as a leader; grounding yourself in a “leadership mentality”; interacting and influencing effectively; leading within the framework of quality improvement (QI); using QI tools to address common challenges.
