Session Description: 
CE professionals who work in small programs with only a few dedicated, full-time employees face unique challenges when trying to balance the demands of program management, faculty management, compliance, and educational design. These same professionals often come up with creative solutions to the problems they face. In this session, the panelists will share the strategies they have developed in their own small programs and will encourage learners to share their best practices as well. Participants will return home with both practical strategies for their small programs and hopefully new connections that they can turn to when the next challenge comes along.
