Alliance Town Hall: What We Heard - Member Survey Insights Shaping the Future of Alliance

Join the Alliance’s town hall focused on the results of the 2026 Membership Survey—and, more importantly, what happens next.

This session will be hosted by Alliance President Vince Loffredo, EdD, and is designed not only to share key survey findings, trends, and member priorities, but also to create transparency around how the Alliance plans to respond. Participants will hear what themes emerged most strongly across the membership, where opportunities and concerns surfaced, and how feedback is helping shape future programming, resources, engagement strategies, and member support.

The town hall will move beyond reporting data points to exploring:

• What members said they value most
• Where gaps, challenges, or unmet needs exist
• What actions or changes is the Alliance considering
• How members can continue contributing to the future direction and priorities

Participants will also have the opportunity to react to findings, validate priorities, and provide additional feedback in real time.

This session is intended to reinforce a shared commitment to listening, transparency, and community-driven improvement—ensuring members can clearly see how their feedback contributes to meaningful action and future decision-making within the Alliance.
